Goods can not be returned. If an item arrives damage then please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to contact@monstermashteas.co.uk along with your full name and address and contact details stating if you would like a refund to the value of the damaged good or the same item sending again.
To avoid disappointment when buying a new tea we recommend trying the tea first. We sell sample sizes in each tea.
